Almond and Banana Smoothie Recipe for Breakfast



A large glass of smoothie for breakfast will assure your hunger pangs arise by yourself during lunch times. Nita Mehta, a celebrity Chef shares an easy smoothie recipe from her newly launched cookbook, Milkalicious. All you compulsion is healthy tetra pak milk, almonds and banana.

INGREDIENTS :


1.  2 tbsp arena almonds (almond powder)
2.  2 cups cool milk (preferably pasteurized tetra pak milk is ideal)
3.  1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
4.  10-12 ice cubes
5.  1 tbsp honey, or to taste
6.  1/2 ripe banana - chopped

METHOD :


If arena almonds are unavailable, roughen 1/4 mug almonds in a small coffee grinder to a powder.

Put 2 tbsp auditorium almonds considering half of a banana. Blend till serene.

Add all the elaborate ingredients to the mixer.

Check sweetness and mount going on more honey as per your taste.

Serve sprinkled bearing in mind a pinch of cinnamon powder if you taking into account.
