Your home has everything you need to burn and sweat all that extra weight out. There are a few simple ways to burn those calories without going to the gym, in the comfort of your own home! Read on to know more:

1. Work Around The House:

Move the furniture around or rearrange your bedroom for 45 to 60 minutes. Gardening also burns calories.
Do it for 45 minutes. But not by sitting! Walk around and try to make your garden tidy. Clean your house (sweeping, moping, etc). Clean your wardrobe, your closet or your kitchen cabinets for 45 to 60 minutes.

2. Exercises:

The very first step for any exercise is full body warm-up. No exercise can show its best results unless it is started when the body is ready for it. Warm-up is also important because it prepares the body for the exercise and prevents the injuries. You cannot just get up anytime and start exercising. So warm-up is a must. And then follow the below mentioned exercises to burn the fat:

   �  Speed Squats:

Squats help tone your lower body including butt, thighs and legs. In speed squat, you raise your hands up, working out your hands and shoulders too.
Start by raising your hands and keeping them close to your ears. Keep your feet shoulder width apart. Now lower your butt as if sitting on an imaginary chair. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Now move back to the initial position. 40 minutes of this exercise and it�s done!

   �  Hand Walks:

This exercise is the full body workout that stretches and strengthens the entire body. This helps in giving your whole body a good shake down! This is a time consuming exercise and it will burn a lot of calories but not very quickly.

   �  Skipping Rope:


This is the one exercise that can be done by anybody and it shows amazing results. It�s fun, effective and will not disappoint you. All you need is a skipping rope and you are done. Don�t forget to skip! Hold the rope as shown in the picture and jump your way through it. It works out your legs, arms and shoulders.

   �  Crunches:


You can never go wrong with these. It is best if you wish to lose that baby fat and turn them into beautiful abs.

Do the exercise as shown in the image. Lie down with your knees raised and your hands behind your head. Now raise your head towards your knees. Do not use the support of your hands for this. Fifty-seventy crunches are recommended to burn all the calories around your belly. But do as many as you can.

Lastly, after doing the exercises, it is important to cool-down your body just the way you had to warm-up initially. Since you have made your body work so much, you need to relax it before going back to your normal routine. So do a few cool-down exercises and continue with your daily routine.
You can perform any one of these exercises or you can combine them to create your own workout plan to prevent monotony.
